ContentsBefore using this system, please make sure that the Chinese font can be displayed correctly in your browser.


Important Notice
● Please check whether your home university has an exchange agreement with NTNU. If yes, please note that you should be nominated by your home university’s exchange coordinator.
● Required documents:
● Application form – Signed and attach 2 passport-size photos
● Photocopy of applicant's passport x 1
● Letters of recommendation x 1
● Study plan (approx. 800 to 1000 words)
● Official academic transcripts x 1 (for undergraduate or graduate studies).
● Student ID or enrollment certificate x 1
*All the documents must be either in English or Chinese.
● To complete the application process, please have all the application forms and required documents ready and submit to the exchange coordinator.
● For students with Chinese citizenship, please also enclose the 大陸地區人民入出臺灣地區申請書 , two passport-sized photos and Proof of Enrollment.
